1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Shotique Media. By hiring our agency, purchasing a package, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Service Plans & Scope

  • We offer tiered production and editing plans (Basic, Standard, and Premium) alongside custom add-ons.

  • Deliverables, content volume, platforms covered (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook), and management levels are executed strictly as outlined in your selected package or project agreement.

3. Approvals & Revisions

  • Approval Timelines: Clients must review and approve content calendars, drafts, or edits within 48 hours to maintain production schedules.

  • Included Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of standard revisions per asset are included. Additional revisions or structural scope changes will incur standard hourly/asset fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Timely delivery of necessary account access, raw assets, footage, and project guidelines.

  • Providing prompt, clear feedback to avoid workflow and scheduling delays.

5. Payment & Invoicing

  • Services operate on a prepaid model (monthly retainer or upfront milestone-based billing).

  • Invoices exclude applicable taxes. Unpaid invoices or delayed payments may lead to immediate suspension of production and publishing workflows

6. Cancellation & Termination

  • Retainer services require a written notice at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Work already rendered or partial billing cycles are non-refundable. Shotique Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or breach of terms.
